ISLAMABAD: In a bomb blast near the Pakistani city of Peshawar the blast occurred in Dir Colony on Tuesday at least seven people killed and more than 70 others injured.
The blast occurred while classes were taking place at a religious school, so children and their instructors were among the victims. 1122 were rescued, the injured were taken to Lady Reading Hospital and another medical facility, where many of them were said to be in critical condition. While classes are running in a school, the blast has occurred so children have died more, and injured children are in critical condition.
police have taken the bomb blast place into their hands and started rescue operations. Police officials said it was too early to say anything about the nature of the blast.
