SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh send a third letter to AP Chief secretary Neelam Sahne. Two times he wrote letters to her and this was the third time. A copy of the High Court judgment was attached to the letter and sent. The letter recalled that the High Court had ruled that the government should co-operate with constitutional bodies.
